Introduction by Justice Rangiah followed by three presentations:
- The whistleblower protection provisions of the Corporations Act 2001: recent developments and issues
Sydney: Victoria Brigden (NSW Bar) - Multiple decision makers in adverse action cases: a complexity in discharging the reverse onus
Melbourne: Marc Felman KC (VIC Bar) - Judicial review of decisions of the Fair Work Commission: key considerations and recent cases
Adelaide: Gillian Walker SC (SA Bar)
