Practitioners are invited to attend the Court's annual  Employment and Industrial Law Seminar - Sharpening the tools: Developments in emerging and familiar areas of employment law.

Introduction by Justice Rangiah followed by three presentations:

  • The whistleblower protection provisions of the  Corporations Act 2001: recent developments and issues
    Sydney: Victoria Brigden (NSW Bar)
  • Multiple decision makers in adverse action cases: a complexity in discharging the reverse onus
    Melbourne: Marc Felman KC (VIC Bar)
  • Judicial review of decisions of the Fair Work Commission: key considerations and recent cases
    Adelaide: Gillian Walker SC (SA Bar)

In person attendees are invited to remain for light refreshments after the seminar.
