In this episode, Fiona Gruber, noted writer, arts journalist and podcaster speaks with Raymond Finkelstein AM KC.
Raymond Finkelstein studied at Monash University, where he completed a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws. He began practicing as a barrister in 1975 and took silk in 1986.
He was appointed to the Federal Court in 1997. During his 14 years on the bench he also held appointments as Deputy President and President of the Australian Competition Tribunal and Deputy President of the Copyright Tribunal.
