The Court has published the next podcast in the series, "Lives and Times of the Judges".

In this episode, Fiona Gruber, noted writer, arts journalist and podcaster speaks with Anthony Besanko KC.

Anthony Besanko was admitted to practice in 1978 and in 1984 was called to the South Australian Bar where his main areas of practice were commercial and company law.

In 2001 he was appointed to the Supreme Court of South Australia, and in 2006 he was made a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia.

Between 2013 and 2024 he was a judge and later Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Norfolk Island. He also served on the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.

Following his retirement from the Federal Court, he was appointed an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court.
