for the Federal Court Pilot Protocol on Court Referral for Pro Bono Legal Assistance

The Federal Court of Australia, jointly with the Victorian Bar Association, are pleased to  invite Victorian practitioners to attend the  Signing Ceremony for the Federal  Court Pilot Protocol on Court Referral for Pro Bono Legal Assistance on 11 March at 5.30pm.

This pilot is a significant milestone for  access to justice in Victoria which,  over a 12-month period, will establish a streamlined pathway for pro bono referrals and amicus curiae  appointments under Division 4.2 of the Federal Court Rules 2011.
