We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land and acknowledge and pay respect to their Elders, past and present.

The Federal Court of Australia entity is proud to launch our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for 2020–2021. Our journey begins with a Reflect RAP, which is guided by Reconciliation Australia’s well-established themes of respect, trust and positive relationships between the wider Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The Court is committed to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and this RAP will allow us to develop relationships with key stakeholders and create and align our vision for reconciliation.
