This Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is an essential step in reinforcing our ongoing commitment to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It follows our initial RAP and builds upon the foundational work already undertaken by the Federal Court of Australia Listed Entity (the Entity). With this plan, we aim to strengthen the systems that will allow us to monitor and reflect on
our reconciliation efforts.

We recognise that in order to strengthen reconciliation within the Entity, we need to continue to build solid foundations to ensure that our commitment to reconciliation is sustainable and measurable. The focus of this RAP is to establish better processes, particularly in relation to monitoring progress, to ensure that our efforts are consistent and transparent. We are also taking this opportunity to reassess our strategies to continuously learn and improve.

We are committed to building a dynamic workforce that acknowledges, values, and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and cultures, and supports the empowerment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees – both current and future.

To meet these goals, we understand that enhancing cultural awareness across our entire workforce and supporting the continued growth of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees is essential. This RAP will be implemented with renewed commitment, energy, and a solid foundation of resources to achieve these goals effectively.

The lessons learned from this RAP will be essential to shape the future of our reconciliation journey. I ask all employees to join me in ensuring that this RAP not only succeeds but also leads to lasting and meaningful change.
