A person or company without legal representation making an urgent (duty) application must use the following contacts:

• if contact is made during business hours, the Registry on 1300 720 980;
• if contact is made after hours, the After Hours Duty Registrar on 1300 352 000.

Practitioners making an urgent (duty) application must use the following contacts:

General Duty Applications: Justice Meagher (from 8:30 am on Monday, 1 June to 8:30 am on Monday, 8 June 2026)

• During business hours: practitioners may contact the General Duty Judge’s Associate on (07) 3052 4195 or (07) 3052 4060.
• After Hours: practitioners must first contact the After-Hours Duty Registrar on 1300 352 000.
  The After-Hours Duty Registrar will liaise as necessary with the relevant Duty Judge’s Chambers.

Commercial & Corporations Duty Applications: Justice Neskovcin (from 8:30 am on Monday, 1 June to 8:30 am on Monday, 8 June 2026)

• During business hours: practitioners may contact the Commercial & Corporations Duty Judge’s Associate on (03) 8638 6575.
• After Hours: practitioners must first contact the After-Hours Duty Registrar on 1300 352 000.
  The After-Hours Duty Registrar will liaise as necessary with the relevant Duty Judge’s Chambers.
