A person or company without legal representation making an urgent (duty) application must use the following contacts:

• if contact is made during business hours, the Registry on 1300 720 980;
• if contact is made after hours, the After Hours Duty Registrar on 1300 352 000.

Practitioners making an urgent (duty) application must use the following contacts:

Duty Judge:  Justice Jackson (from 8:30 am on Monday, 6 July to 8:30 am on Monday, 13 July 2026)

• During business hours: practitioners may contact the Duty Judge’s Associate on + 61 472 650 968.
• After Hours: practitioners must first contact the After-Hours Duty Registrar on 1300 352 000.
  The After-Hours Duty Registrar will liaise as necessary with the relevant Duty Judge’s Chambers.
