Justice Neskovcin was appointed to the Federal Court on 8 February 2024.
Justice Neskovcin graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Tasmania in 1993. She was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1994, and in 1995 was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Prior to joining the Bar, Justice Neskovcin was a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allens). She was called to the Bar in 2002 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2016.
Associateship applications
Justice Neskovcin’s Chambers are staffed by two Associates. The usual duration of each position is 18 months.
The next vacancy is expected to be in early 2028.
