Revised Employment and Industrial Relations Practice Note (E&IR-1)

The Chief Justice has updated the Employment and Industrial Relations Practice Note (E&IR-1).

The update incorporates the permanent adoption of the National General Protections List (the List), as set out in paragraphs 5.5-5.14 of the E&IR-1, into the Employment and Industrial Relations National Practice Area.

The List promotes the just, efficient and timely resolution of matters, consistent with the overarching purpose set out in sections 37M and 37N of the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 (Cth).
