Judicial Codes of Conduct
Judicial Codes of Conduct are a set of rules outlining the norms, practices and responsibilities of Judicial and Court Officers to ensure public confidence in the administration of justice; enhance public respect for the institution of the Judiciary and to protect the reputation of individual Judicial and Court Officers and of the Judiciary as a whole.
PJSI’s precursor, the Pacific Judicial Development Programme, supported three Partner Courts to develop their Judicial Codes of Conduct. Below is a collection of publicly available Judicial Codes of Conduct from across our Partner Courts:
