Federal Court of Australia eLodgment change
and Electronic Court File Project update

The file size of documents that the Federal Court of Australia’s eLodgment system can accept has trebled.  Litigants can now lodge documents up to 30mb in size.  Information about the change can be found at How big can the documents be?

During the Federal Court’s consultations about the Electronic Court File Project, some questions about the practicalities of working with the Court in an electronic environment have been raised.  The Court has developed answers to these additional queries and has updated the ECF Q&As on its website.
