Annual Court Fees Increase

The Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court Regulations 2012 (the Regulations) prescribe court fees for proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia and in general federal law matters in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
The next increase is due take effect on 1 July 2022.
