Notice to Practitioners and Litigants issued by the ACT District Registrar

1. Proceedings under the Patents Act 1998 (Cth)
On 2 February 2009 the ACT District Registry of the Federal Court of Australia issued a new 'Notice to practitioners and litigants - Proceeding under the Patents Act 1998 (Cth)'. This Notice sets out the usual procedures in relation to proceedings under the Patents Act 1990 (Cth).

2. Administrative arrangements
On 2 February 2009 the ACT District Registry of the Federal Court of Australia replaced 'Notice to practitioners and litigants - Administrative arrangements' issued on 4 February 2008 with a new 'Notice to practitioners and litigants - Administrative arrangements (ACT 2009/01)'.
