You are warmly invited to attend the 2017 Sydney seminar in the International Arbitration Series, a joint initiative of the CIArb Australia and Federal Court of Australia. Addressed by a distinguished panel and chaired by the Hon James Allsop AO, Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia, this seminar will focus achieving greater efficiency in international arbitrations.

International arbitration rules and practice continue to evolve in an effort to achieve greater efficiency and better serve its users. What steps can parties and arbitrators take to reduce the time and cost involved in arbitrations? The panel will consider the following:
