If you have a complaint of unlawful
discrimination, you must first go to the Human
Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. The HREOC
Complaints Infoline number is 1300 656 419. General enquiries
can be made on 1300 369 711.
You cannot apply to the Federal Court to hear a complaint
of unlawful discrimination unless you have a termination
notice issued by HREOC.

the right to access information about human rights proceedings
in the Federal Court of Australia.
