If you have a complaint of unlawful
discrimination, you must first go to the Australian Human
Rights Commission. The Commission's
Complaints Infoline number is 1300 656 419. General enquiries
can be made on 1300 369 711.
You cannot apply to the Federal Court to hear a complaint
of unlawful discrimination unless you have a termination
notice issued by the Commission.
