Arts Law Centre of Australia Arts Law gives preliminary advice and information to artists and arts organisations across all artforms on a wide range of arts related legal and business matters including contracts, copyright, business names and structures, defamation, insurance and employment.
Australian Legal Assistance Agencies (on Lex Scripta)
Communications Law Centre The Communications Law Centre (CLC) is an independent, non-profit, public interest organisation specialising in media, communications and online law and policy. It works in four main areas: research, teaching, public education and legal advice.
Disability Discrimination Legal Service
Free legal advice and assistance - a referral guide Focuses on NSW, published by LIAC.
Immigration Rights and Advice Centre provides free, independent, immigration advice and assistance and education in order to improve access to justice under Australia's immigration system.
National Association of Community Legal Centres
List of legal centres in each state and territory. Includes telephone numbers, email addresses, web sites where available
.
National Children's and Youth Law Centre Provides advice and information to children and young people, their parents and advocates and the wider community, about young people's legal rights and responsibilities.
National Environmental Defenders Office Network An independent community legal centre which provides legal advice and representation on environmental law issues.
National Legal Aid National Legal Aid (NLA) represents the Directors of each of the eight State / Territory Legal Aid Commissions in Australia. Provides links to each state and territory's legal aid commission.
National Network of Indigenous Womens Legal Services
The Network has members in all states and the NT. The members include Indigenous Women's Projects, the Aboriginal Women's Legal Service in NSW, many Indigenous Family Violence Prevention Legal Services, and individual indigenous women working in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services, Community Legal Services and for other law related bodies. All of the services in the Network are providing legal help to indigenous women and children.

National Pro Bono Resource Centre
National Welfare Rights Network The NWRN is a network of services throughout Australia that provides free and independent information, advice and representation to individuals about Social Security law and its administration through Centrelink. The NWRN consists of both specialist community legal centres and services as well as individual advocates who are based in generalist community legal centres. NWRN member organisations are located in each capital city in Australia and in four regional centres. They are completely independent of Centrelink and all government departments.
National Women's Justice Coalition
Unlawful Termination Assistance Scheme This scheme provides assistance to obtain legal advice on unlawful termination claims. It is subject to eligibility criteria.

Legal Aid Australian Capital Territory Free minor advice and assistance is made available to all people in the ACT for most types of legal problems. Legal Aid ACT provides face to face advice appointments and free telephone advice and legal information.
