Corporations - Winding up checklist
The Winding up checklist is a tool for applicants preparing for the hearing of an application for the winding up of a company under Part 5.4 or Part 5.4A of the Corporations Act in the Federal Court.
The checklist sets our relevant references to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the Federal Court (Corporations) Rules 2000. The Checklist is intended as a guide only. It is not a substitute for legal advice or representation.
