Table of Amendments to Schedule 2 Federal Court Rules
The following table sets out the amendments made to Schedule 2 of the Federal Court Rules between December 1995 and July 2011. The relevant fee for each item of work is the fee set out in Schedule 2 at the time the work was performed. For example, the fee for preparing an ordinary letter (item 21) on 1 May 2003 will be the fee for that item prescribed in Schedule 2 as at that date.
Note that Schedule 3 of the Federal Court Court Rules 2011 applies from 1 August 2011 and the previous Schedule to the old Rules apply to that date (see Rule 40.29)
