Notices to practitioners issued by the Vic District Registrar  

Notice to practitioners – Plant Breeder’s Rights Act 1994

  1. Matters filed in respect of infringement of the Plant Breeder’s Rights Act 1994 will be identified as an Intellectual Property matter for the purposes of docket allocation.

  2. The matter will be allocated to the docket of a Judge on the Intellectual Property panel and the matter be made returnable for first directions before that Judge.

  3. The Victoria Registry Intellectual Property panel consists of Heerey (Convenor), Sundberg, Weinberg, Kenny, Jessup, Middleton and Gordon JJ.
