No. 27: Gross sum costs under Order 62 paragraph 4(2)(c) Federal Court Rules
  1. This Practice Note applies to applications under Order 62 paragraph 4(2)(c) of the Federal Court Rules for an order specifying a gross sum of costs.

  2. An application under paragraph 4(2)(c) must be accompanied by an affidavit stating:

(a) the amount of the gross sum sought to be specified in the order; and

(b) how the gross sum has been arrived at and how it is justified.
