Practice Note No. 7 issued on 7 May 1990 is revoked and the following Practice Note No. 7 is substituted.
The following procedure is required for obtaining a hearing in the Court’s vacation:
1. Lodge with the Registry:
(a) an affidavit setting out the reasons why a hearing is sought during the vacation (this affidavit is in addition to any other documentation that the Rules require to be filed) and
(b) a draft of the order sought for a hearing in the vacation under Order 2 rule 2(2).
2. A Judge will consider the documents and the District Registrar will advise the applicant, and if appropriate other parties, of any order made and any date fixed for a hearing.
