The following procedure is required for obtaining a hearing in the Court’s vacation:

1.         Apply to the Registrar with

            (a)        a supporting affidavit detailing reason for urgency (this affidavit is in addition to any other documentation that the Rules require to be filed) and

            (b)        an appropriate order.

2.         A Judge will consider the application and the Registrar will advise the applicant and any other parties of any order made.

3.         If appropriate the Registrar will advise the applicant and other parties of any date fixed for hearing.
