Forms under the Federal Court (Bankruptcy) Rules 2005


Form 6: Creditor's petition (Modified)
Use: This form should be used if you are a creditor and you wish to apply to the Court under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 for a sequestration (bankruptcy) order against someone who owes you more than $2,000.
Filing fee: $1983 (Corporation), $828 (other). You can apply to have the fee reduced in some circumstances.
