Filing in person or by post or DX at a Court registry

Documents may be filed in person or by post or DX at a Court registry. There are registries in each Australian state and territory capital city. The rules for filing and lodging documents are set out in Division 2.3 of the Federal Court Rules 2011.

Use the links below to obtain registry telephone numbers, street and postal addresses, DX numbers (South Australia does not have DX), street maps, hours of opening, transport and parking facilities, wheelchair access and nearby child care centres.
