52, rule 12 Use: This
form should be used if you want to appeal
against the final orders of a Judge of
the Court. The appeal will be heard by
a Full Court of the Federal Court. The
Full Court usually consists of three Judges.
The Full Court will not re-hear the case.
It will only consider the mistakes (or
errors of law) that you say the Judge made. Filing fee: $5334 (corporation),
$3007 (other). If a fee has been paid under Schedule Item 6: $3200 (corporation), $1804 (other).
