Form 7: Statement of claim
Version: 1
Rule: Order 4 rule 6, Order 11
Use: A Statement of Claim is a written statement by the applicant setting out the facts which are to be relied upon to support the claim against the respondent, and the relief claimed.
Filing fee: There is no filing fee for a Statement of Claim. However, if the Statement of Claim is filed with an application then the filing fee for the application must be paid.
