Rule: Order 48, rule 11
Use: Form 6 is used for an application for a rule calling on a person or organisation to show cause why an order should not be made under section 163, 164, 164A and 167(2) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 in relation to the person or organisation. For conduct that occurred before 1 July 2009, it is under sections 163, 164, 164A and 167(2) of the Schedule 1 to the Workplace Relations Act 1996.
