Form 6: Rule to show cause (Modified to include heading, signature block and filing party's details as required by Order 41 of the Federal Court Rules)

Rule: Order 48, rule 8
Use: Form 6 is used for an application for a rule calling on a person or organisation to show cause why an order should not be made under section 208, 209 or 261(8) of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 in relation to the person or organisation.
Filing fee: $1881 (corporation), $785 (other). You can apply to have this fee waived if payment would cause you financial hardship.
