Rule: Order 4 rule 1
Use: This form is used if you are starting a proceeding in the Court. There are some exceptions to this. Please see the Guide to Form 5 for more details.

Filing fees:

If a corporation is liable to pay the fee: $2142. In any other case: $894.

If filing an application for an order for substituted service of a bankruptcy notice: corporation $438, in any other case $220.

If filing an application under s. 46PO or 46PP of the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986: $54.

If filing an application under s. 539 of the Fair Work Act 2009 in either of the following circumstances:
(a) the applicant has been dismissed from employment in alleged contravention of Part 3-1 of that Act;
(b) the applicant alleges a breach of section 351 of that Act.
Currently this fee is $62.40.

If filing an application under s. 539 of the Fair Work Act 2009 if the applicant has been dismissed from employment in alleged contravention of s. 772 of that Act.
Currently this fee is $62.40
