The Electronic Filing System (EFS) is the public's main electronic interface for the lodgment of applications and supporting documentation in the Federal Court. The EFS system incorporates a step-by-step guide to lodging a document electronically. The EFS also processes credit card payments for filing fees.

The EFS can not be used to lodge documents in relation to proceedings in the Federal Magistrates Court.

First time users are advised to read the 'eFiling information' before proceeding to logon.
