The Federal Court Registry in South
Australia is located on the fifth floor of the Roma Mitchell Commonwealth Law Courts Building, 3 Angas Street, Adelaide.
The public enquiry counter is located on level 5. Courtrooms are located on levels 5 and 7. There are noticeboards on the ground floor and on levels 5 and 7 which contain details of cases which will be heard in the Court each day.
Hours
The Registry counter is open to the
public from 9.00am until 4.30pm. Telephone enquiries can
be made from 8.30am until 5.00pm except on weekends and
public holidays.

Advertiser each week day.
Transport and parking
The Roma Mitchell Commonwealth Law Courts building is located near Victoria Square. Buses and trams stop in Victoria Square. There is a public car park on Mill Street, off Gouger Street and also in the Central Market precinct between Gouger and Grote Streets.
Facilities
The Court publishes a range of resources
which provide information on the Courts procedure
including mediation, bankruptcy, human rights and witnesses.

The publications and court forms are
available at the Registry counter. Court forms are also
available on this website.
There is a computer terminal for
public use which can be used to access court forms or
to search the Courts database of cases.
You should approach the enquiry
counter if you wish to search a Court file. A fee is payable
for searching a Court file and for obtaining copies of
any filed documents.
Court staff cannot provide child care.
A number of child
care centres operate in the city. There is a parenting room with a change table for babies on the ground floor.
There is a cafe on the ground floor of the Commonwealth Law Courts building. There is also a wide variery of cafes and restaurants nearby along Gouger, Angas and King William Streets.
The Commonwealth of Australia
has a no smoking policy and smoking is not permitted anywhere
inside the building.
