Search library catalogues

These catalogues are provided for the reference information of litigants and other interested parties.

Items included in the catalogues are not available for loan to individuals, nor will photocopies be provided. The Melbourne library of the Court will take inter-library loan inquiries for material listed. However it should be noted that many items are restricted and may not be borrowed. The Federal Court library network conducts inter-library loans under the conditions outlined in each network library's access policy and the Australian Interlibrary Resource Sharing Code.

Library catalogue Native title infobase

The library catalogue covers the library holdings of the Federal Court library network. The Federal Court library network consists of libraries in each Australian capital city. Included in the catalogue are textbooks, law reports, journals, bound legislation, government and other publications. The range of material reflects the varied jurisdiction of the Court.

 

The Native Title Infobase includes selected material commencing from 1839 to the present day and covers all aspects of native title. It gives reference to Australian material including journal articles, book chapters, books, conference papers, reports and press clippings. It also includes relevant material from other jurisdictions such as New Zealand, United States, Canada, Africa and Asia.
