Access and Fairness Survey 2009

In August 2009 the Federal Court conducted an access and fairness survey in each of our registries. The survey forms part of the Court’s ongoing commitment to demonstrate accountability and improve the delivery of services throughout the Court.

The core results from the survey are now available and are set out below. Should you have any questions about the survey results please email query@fedcourt.gov.au.

Access survey - Average Response Scores

Access:

Respondents were asked to rate their level of agreement to the above statements on a five point scale from “Strongly Disagree” (1) to “Strongly Agree” (5) with a “Not Applicable” choice also available.

It should be noted that a number of respondents chose the "not applicable" option for various questions. This was most notable in relation to the question about language barriers which was completed by only 22% of respondents.
