Peter Ross Graham was appointed to the Federal Court in May 2005.
Justice Graham was educated at the University of Sydney and Harvard University.
He served as an inspector of the Alexander Barton group of companies in 1974 – 1981, as a member of the Legal Services Tribunal of NSW/Administrative Decisions Tribunal in 1994 – 1999 and as an Acting Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1997.
