Selection Process

Once my application is submitted what happens next?

Following the closing date the selection committee will commence assessing the applications received. Should you be shortlisted for interview, you will be invited to attend an interview at a specified time.

What do I need to bring to my interview?

For most interviews, you only need to bring yourself. If there are any special requirements (e.g. providing a sample of your work) you will be advised beforehand.

Will my referees be contacted?

Following the interview process, referees may be contacted to provide verbal or written reports, for those applicants who are in contention for the role. Those applicants will be notified beforehand of the Court’s intention to contact their nominated referees.

Applicants should ensure that their referees are able to comment on their professional work, and where possible, should be the current or recent supervisor.
